How the 14-day return of an OKEY bottle works
You can try OKEY without worry: if it does not suit you for any reason, return the bottle within 14 days and we will refund your money. There are no separate testers or wipes in the set.
Short answer
Message the OKEY team within 14 days with your order number, purchase date, and place of purchase. We will refund your money and agree on how to hand over the bottle.
The bottle itself is returned
The current OKEY set contains a 35 ml bottle and a box. Testers and wipes are no longer included in the set.
If OKEY does not suit you for any reason — you did not notice an effect or simply did not like it — return the bottle within 14 days and we will refund your money.
How to contact the team
Write to the OKEY team on WhatsApp. Have your order number, purchase date, and information about where the order was placed ready.
Do not send the parcel yourself before the details have been agreed. First receive the current instructions for handing over the bottle.
Why following the instructions matters
Before deciding to return the product, make sure it was applied in the evening to clean, completely dry, undamaged skin. An application error can noticeably change the result.
If using the product caused pronounced discomfort, do not continue experimenting just to test the effect: wash the product off and inform the team.
No extra conditions
You do not need to explain why. Orders are currently placed through Kaspi.kz, so we agree on how to hand over the bottle based on where the order was placed. The conditions are also listed on the separate returns page.
