What to do if OKEY does not work the first time
A weak first result is most often related not to the amount of product, but to skin moisture, application timing, or washing it off too soon.

Short answer
Do not immediately apply more product. First check five conditions: evening application, completely dry skin, sufficient time after hair removal, a thin even layer, and enough time before washing it off in the morning.
Check the application conditions
Recall the entire evening process, not only how many times you moved the roller. Even one missed step can noticeably change the result.
- Was the skin truly dry?
- Had up to 48 hours passed since hair removal?
- Was the product applied before bed?
- Did the layer have time to dry?
- Was the product left on until morning?
Try again on another evening
If the skin is calm and undamaged, repeat the application according to the instructions. Do not use a double portion or apply it several times in one evening.
Assess not only complete dryness, but also less sweating, less odour, and less discomfort in familiar situations.
Do not increase the frequency without a reason
More frequent application increases the load on the skin, but does not guarantee a stronger effect. First correct the technique, then find the minimum frequency that keeps you comfortable.
If redness, burning, or itching appears, take a break until the skin has fully recovered.
When help is needed
If there is no improvement after several applications according to the instructions, write to the OKEY team and describe how you used it. If sweating is sudden, occurs at night, or is generalized, consult a doctor to rule out other causes.
